Description
Mr . Dwyer and his wife , Mary E . (Huggett) Dwyer were from London , Ohio . Mr . and Mrs . Dwyer moved to Upper Arlington in December of 1917 where they resided at 1645 Cambridge Boulevard . Mr . Dwyer was the traveling representative for this area of the Scranton Lace Company . He was active with both his family and his farm , where he had a second residence . He and his wife had two children , Edmund F . and Margaret Charlotte . Emmett Dwyer was described as a believer in himself , a self-starter , an optimist , and an authority on canine teeth . W . L . Arnett purchased the Dwyer house in September of 1918 , and he and his family moved into the residence in February of 1919 .
